Since 2012, the team at Interduct have been working hard to create a unique method that will thoroughly clean industrial risers with minimal hassle, time and cost.

Due to a demand in the industry in 2012, we were quick to notice that there were thousands of risers throughout the UK and Ireland that weren’t being properly serviced and cleaned as they should be.

By 2013 we had 2 nationwide restaurant chains on board, and along with new guidance under TR19 compliance, which requires that establishments must have their whole ventilation and extract system cleaned, we realised that the demand was soon becoming more prevalent. Just a year later, we refined our riser cleaning method and adapted the formula to perform more efficiently in colder weather.

It was in 2015 that our HCV (Hot Chemical Viscosity) method was introduced, and with great success! To date we are still the only company that use this highly effective method to clean risers, and we are now supplying riser cleaning for 15 nationwide restaurant chains and hotel groups, with over 600 cleans completed!
